Create an agent account and complete your profile with licence details. Landlords add you to a property using your account email and choose your role: listing agent, property manager or co-agent.

Confirm or decline viewing requests, message prospects, and move applications through review with a full status history the landlord can see too.

Close and get credit
Where permitted, draft the lease and send it for signature. Every action is attributed to you in the audit trail, and your client list shows what you manage for whom.

Common questions
- Can I list properties myself?
- Agents work on properties owned by landlords. Ask the landlord to create the listing (or create it and add them as owner) and assign you with edit rights.
- How are permissions handled?
- Per property. A landlord can allow you to edit the listing, manage applications, manage viewings and manage leases independently.
- Is there an agent fee?
- SpartHome does not charge agents to use the platform. Commission arrangements between you and the landlord are yours to agree.
