What does it cost?
Listing is free. A platform commission is deducted from successful online payments according to the commission rules for your country and payment type; you see the net amount on every payment.
How long does verification take?
Most properties are reviewed within two working days. You will be notified in-app and by email, and can fix and resubmit if anything is missing.
Can I work with an agent?
Yes. Add an agent by email to any property and choose what they can do: edit the listing, handle applications, manage viewings or leases.
Do tenants see my exact address?
No. Public listings show an approximate location. The exact address is shared only after you confirm a viewing.
